British Solar Renewables (BSR), the largest remaining privately owned UK solar developer and third largest solar developer in the UK, has appointed PKF Francis Clark to advise on the company’s acquisition

• BSR has successfully developed, constructed and operated fifty-seven solar plants and has an initial 1GW PV development pipeline
• The company is now entering a new stage of ambitious growth and is seeking acquisition to fulfil its potential as a global owner of renewable assets
