A day each month to reconnect, share what’s happening across the business, and spend time with the people you learn from most.

BSR Fest

From glitter stations to burritos, quiz showdowns to ice cream runs - our summer party had it all. Held at the helipad field at our Shepton Mallet office, it was a full afternoon of sunshine, games, good food and even better company.

Breakfast at BSR

We teamed up with Figs Catering to provide the whole team with a delicious breakfast buffet! From freshly made bagels and pastries to a colourful spread of fruits, the selection fuelled us up for the entire morning.

Great British (Solar Renewables) Bake Off

For Pride Month, we hosted a Bake Off - where the team shared their most colourful, creative and tasty bakes. After the judging, everyone got to enjoy the results with coffee from a van onsite and games on the helipad.

Kilver Court Gardens Walk

For Mental Health Awareness Week, the team stepped away from the desk and into the calm of Kilver Court Gardens. A chance to stretch our legs, slow down, and reconnect with each other.

Sports Day

Teams went head-to-head in egg and spoon races, welly wanging, tug of war, 100 metre relays and more, with plenty of competition (and laughs) along the way.

Wreath making

Wreaths, scissors, wires, and a bit of festive flair - we got into the Christmas spirit during our November 2025 Contact Day. 🎄 The team got hands-on with wreath making ahead of Christmas. It was a fun chance to get creative, try something different, and enjoy some festive moments together.

Shepton Mallet Prison Tour

With our HQ based in Shepton Mallet, it felt fitting to get everyone on a visit to the Shepton Mallet Prison - the world's oldest prison - and learn all about its history.

Bird feeding workshops

The team took part in a hands‑on session making bird feeders to take home, a simple activity that kept biodiversity front of mind and encouraged support for local wildlife.
