Introducing Our 2025 Impact Report

We’re pleased to share our 2025 Impact Report, bringing together our work over the past year and setting out how we are continuing to develop as a business.

As we’ve continued to grow, we’ve become clearer on how we want to deliver our projects and the standards that should sit behind them. At the same time, expectations across the renewable energy sector have continued to shift, with greater focus on how projects are developed, how they are managed over time and the role they play within the landscapes and communities they are part of.

This report reflects that.

Over the past year, we have focused on strengthening the foundations behind our work. This includes how we approach land and biodiversity, how we engage with communities and how we support our people. The introduction of our Nature Protection Pledge is part of this, bringing greater clarity to an approach to land stewardship that has shaped our projects for many years.

Alongside this, we have continued to invest in the relationships around our projects, supporting community initiatives and ensuring our work delivers value beyond energy generation. Our teams have also remained central to our progress, with continued investment in wellbeing, training and creating a working environment that supports collaboration across the business.

This report brings these areas together in a more structured way, providing a clear view of how we approach environmental, social and governance considerations and the standards we are setting for ourselves as we continue to grow.
