Having initially joined the BSR team in England in 2015, Penelope joined the Australian BSR team as Operations Director in 2023 to manage the delivery of central services to the Australian team. Penelope brings over 10 years of experience in the delivery of legal, IT, HR and compliance support in the energy sector across UK, Europe, Singapore and Australia and has a focus on providing pragmatic and effective solutions. Penelope is a dual qualified solicitor, having qualified in Australia and England and Wales.
