Anna, Benson, Head of Account Management and Contract Performance
Anna started at BSR nearly 10 years ago as a PV Operative helping to install solar parks. Today, she leads the team that manages and maintains them. Anna ensures the account management, monitoring and performance teams meet their contractual requirements and provides the field operations team with the support and guidance they need too. A typical day involves liaising with clients on any contractual issues (planned, reactive or additional services) and the operations team to make sure they are running on time and to an agreed budget.
