Job Title: Project Coordinator

Reports to: Development Manager

Remuneration: Salary + Super + 23 days annual leave (pro-rata)

Role Summary:

An exciting new opportunity now exists for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The role will involve working closely with BSR'S experienced development team, engineering team, senior management, key stakeholders and clients to ensure programs and projects are delivered as per set scope, budget and time frame. This role is suited to applicants who are seeking a rewarding career, with the opportunity to grow within a close knit team in the fast paced renewable energy sector.


  • Playing a key role in coordinating (completing & monitoring project plans, scheduling meetings, workshops, training, and project budgets);
  • Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to programs, projects and services;
  • Ensure programs and projects are delivered as per set scope, budget and time frame;
  • Supporting our contractors in client delivery (organising materials for site, compiling and proofreading reports, evaluating programs, raising POs and handling incoming invoices);
  • Engaging in frequent client contact, attending internal and external project meetings, managing meeting agenda and minutes;
  • Supporting business development activities, helping format & compile tender responses;
  • Monthly participation in review meeting and preparing the financial report as well as timesheet summary control;
  • Project documentation creation and on going review;
  • Coordinating teams to help monitor project KPI's and metrics;
  • Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes

Experience and skills:

  • You must have at least one - two years work experience in a professional work environment, project administration/co-ordinator or consulting role;
  • Strong knowledge, skills and experience in planning, coordinating, and reviewing project works;
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills;
  • A pro-active attitude and a service-oriented mindset;
  • Keen attention to detail and numbers;
  • Analytical thinking and ability to spot opportunities for change and improvement


  • Higher level qualification in business studies, management, project management, or relevant discipline is preferred
