About this role:
As an Asset Manager, you’ll play a critical role in maximising the performance, value, and long‑term sustainability of assets across the BSR portfolio.
You’ll be the managing our renewable and battery storage facilities – overseeing performance, ensuring compliance, driving efficiencies, and being a trusted partner to stakeholders. What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring asset compliance with contractual, regulatory, and industry requirements.
- Managing and nurturing stakeholder relationships, including SPVs, offtakers and service partners.
- Assisting with negotiations on key commercial agreements and supporting revenue and OPEX decision‑making.
- Collaborating with technical, construction, finance, and ESG colleagues to optimise lifecycle performance.
- Analysing operational and financial data to identify improvements and support strategic decisions.
- Preparing clear, insightful asset‑performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing budgets, forecasts, warranty claims, insurance processes, and risk mitigation activities.
- Conducting site visits to ensure safe, compliant, best‑in‑class operations.
- Supporting continuous improvement of BSR’s Business Management Systems.
What skills will you have?
- Degree‑level education or proven asset management experience (renewables preferred).
- Experience managing utility‑scale Solar PV or BESS assets.
- Strong understanding of technical, operational, and financial performance metrics.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information simply and effectively.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and project‑management skills.
- Experience with PPA/CfD arrangements (desirable).
- Knowledge of CDM regulations.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in the renewable‑energy sector.
